Niche Ecology Journal
Niche is an editorial publication that brings science, photography, and writers together into one nature-focused journal. Niche celebrates our natural world and inspires its community of readers to conserve and protect the natural places that they love.
An ecological niche is defined as the role and position a species has in its environment; how it survives, how it meets its needs for food and shelter and how it reproduces. A species' niche includes all of its interactions with the biotic and abiotic factors of its environment.
